Exchange, return and customization

If you do not like the Order of Toe Separators we offer the following possibilities:

1. Exchange

We easily change the shoes into the right size. Simply send us the shoe by post. We will send you the shoe in the right size. A small fee maybe charged for the replacement of an individueal shoe.

2. Individual adaptation

If the size of the toe separator fits you, but the strap is too narrow or too wide, we can easily adapt it to your foot in our workshop. The best way to do this is by phone or e-mail contact us. So far we have found or built a suitable shoe for every foot!

3. Return

If you are not satisfied with your doghammer, you can easily return it. In this case, we will refund the invoice amount as soon as we have the toe separator with us. Excluded are individually configured shoes from our configurator. We assume no costs for the return shipment.

4. Outlet (OutdoorSale)

Shoe from the area Outlet (outdoor sale) are excluded from the return, when exchanging we will gladly issue a voucher. For repair requests for these models, please use our repair page in the shop. Repair costs are always incurred.
