Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

Alternatively, you can exercise your right of withdrawal by using the withdrawal button in the footer of our website.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs incurred if you have chosen a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any additional costs as a result.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you post the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Optionally, we can provide you with a returns label (cost: €5.00).

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is attributable to handling them in a way that goes beyond checking their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by you is decisive or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs (Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
