A mix of materials in our barefoot slippers for men
Our men’s barefoot slippers combine functionality, sustainability and comfort. Thanks to the zero-heel design, the wide toe box and the flexible natural rubber sole, you’ll walk just as nature intended – almost as if you were barefoot. And best of all: not only do they look casual, but they’re made almost entirely from natural materials. If you need something a bit more robust, you’ll also find our winter barefoot slippers here.
What makes these barefoot slippers for men so special?
It’s simple: the perfect combination of functionality and naturalness. The zero-heel sole made from natural rubber is pleasantly soft and particularly flexible, allowing your foot to move freely. The upper, made from undyed sheep’s wool, comes from the Pomeranian Landschaf breed and ensures a balanced foot climate – whether in summer or winter. And thanks to the natural wool grease (lanolin), the wool is dirt- and water-repellent. If you’re interested in woollen styles, you can find our woollen barefoot shoes here.
Where are the men’s barefoot slippers made?
Our slippers are genuinely handcrafted in a family-run workshop in Portugal. The materials – from the cork insole to the natural rubber sole – are largely sourced from the region. This means short supply chains, fair production and complete transparency. For us, sustainability doesn’t start at the point of sale, but right from the selection of raw materials.
Who are these men’s barefoot slippers suitable for?
For anyone who likes things comfortable, healthy and natural. Whether you’re travelling in a campervan, relaxing at a mountain hut after a hike, or treating yourself to a comfortable foot experience at home – our men’s barefoot slippers are made for you. They offer support, flexibility and peace of mind. For travelling or everyday life in the city, we also recommend our Chelsea-style barefoot shoes.
How do I look after my barefoot slippers properly?
Thanks to the natural lanolin in the wool, our men’s barefoot slippers are particularly easy to look after. A damp cloth is usually enough to remove dirt. For more thorough care, you can use a special wool care product that preserves the lanolin. Machine wash? Only as a last resort – gentle hand washing is always better.
Conclusion: your sustainable choice for indoors and outdoors
Our men’s barefoot slippers aren’t just a treat for your feet, but also a statement in favour of greater sustainability in everyday life. They’re fairly produced, made from natural materials and keep your feet comfortable – no matter where you’re heading.
